We are skilled at setting up or reconfiguring traditional 401(k) plans into “pooled” or self-directed 401(k)s, using no load and NTF accounts with unlimited investment choices, custodied at TD Waterhouse or Charles Schwab.

Self-directed accounts provide individual accounts with online access and trading. They also normally result in lower overall cost. Personalized administration is provided through a third party administrator.

As a Registered Investment Advisor, we isolate the employer from liability by establishing investment policy, providing investment advice and management, and conducting quarterly meetings.
